Please read all the Terms of Use of the website www.unsdg.directory (“Website”) owned and operated by “MaxLife Global Management” (“Company”). This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions associated with the use of the Site.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing, browsing, or adding your own content to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Visitors

You are welcome to search our website to find the company, professional, products, and services that you need.
Although we try hard to provide accurate and updated information about companies on our website, this cannot be guaranteed. You are advised to take due diligence and responsibility when choosing the right company/professional/service for your needs.

You can help us remove listings that you know or believe to include offensive material, inaccurate or false information or the company is associated with illegal activity, by reporting or rating the listing, or contacting us directly.
We keep the right to judge, whether your aspect is accurate and remove or edit the listings.

Businesses

Our website lists ONLY those businesses that are committed to sustainable practices with the target being Carbon Neutral, Carbon Positive, and helping achieve a global Net Zero status. We do not put a date on Net Zero (2030 or 2050). We are of the opinion that with a synergistic ‘Global’ effort we can significantly reduce carbon emissions ‘sooner rather than later‘ thereby helping avoid the inevitable Global Warming disasters and 6th Mass Extinction Event!

Listings

If you make a listing for a company/business/professional on the website, you declare responsibly that you own this company or have the legal rights to submit all the information and material, such as photographs, graphics and videos, associated with this company. You also agree that the business is totally legal and is not associated in any way with illegal activity.

By submitting your listing, you automatically grant us the right to use the information and material of the listing, for marketing purposes.

You may be asked at anytime to provide proof that the information is accurate and that you have legal rights over the material you submit.

We keep the right to remove your listings and the material associated with them, along with your account on our website, without any prior warning, if we believe that they do not meet our requirements.

Listing packages/plans are for ONE month or ONE year. Payment to be made at the time of the Listing Submission. No refunds.
To cancel your plan kindly Contact our office 7 days before expiry.

Please note: Using PayPal for payment processing. PayPal give you the option of using your PayPal account, or the direct use of your Credit Card.

Copyright

The Site and its entire content are the exclusive property of the ‘MaxLife Global Management’ (Company) and are therefore fully protected by the respective international copyrights and other intellectual property laws.

Expiry

‘MaxLife Global Management (Company) reserves the right to terminate your access to the unsdg.directory website giving 7 days notice.

Our Site contains a series of links to other sites and to sources that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control, and therefore can not take responsibility for the content or the general practices of any of these third party websites and / or services. This Agreement is governed, in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. This is done by posting and drawing attention to the revised terms on the Site.
